Description
For 6 years, children in Syria have been living in near constant fear. More than 11 million people have now been forced from their homes by Syria’s war. Almost 600,000 are still trapped in besieged areas and millions need food, water and medical care. This Is Exile: Diaries of Child Refugees is an extraordinary, intimate portrait of the lives of child refugees forced to flee Syria’s civil war. The documentary tells children's stories in their own words, capturing the moving truth of how they deal with the loss and hardship of living in exile from their homeland.
