Kay HAILBRONNER is currently Chair of Public Law, Public International Law and European Law at the University of Konstanz and Director of the Centre for International and European Law on Immigration and Asylum. He is also a holder of a Jean-Monnet Chair of European Law and a Robert Schumann Chair on EU-China relations.
