Boldizsar Nagy Odysseus Member’s for Hungary wrote a guest editorial in the an editorial in NEAIS on the important case on the detention of asylum seekers at the Hungarian border

NEAIS is a Newsletter on European Asylum Issues.

This newsletter is designed for judges who need to keep up to date with European developments in the area of asylum. This newsletter contains European legislation and jurisprudence on four central themes regarding asylum: (1) qualification for protection (2) procedural safeguards (3) responsibility sharing and (4) reception conditions of asylum seekers.

Elspeth Guild Odysseus member’s for the UK and Jens Vedsted-Hansen Odysseus member’s for Danemark are also editors of this newsletter.

It is Published by the Centre for Migration Law (CMR) Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence of Radboud University Nijmegen (NL), in close co-operation with
the University of Essex (UK), Aarhus University (DK), and the International Association of Refugee and Migration Judges (IARMJ)
