Lilian Tsourdi from Odysseus Coordination Team will participate to EP Hearing on EU migration funding


Joint BUDG/CONT/LIBE hearing: 

‘Assessing the flow of EU migration funding within the Union’

Venue: Brussels, European Parliament – Room József Antall 6Q2

Date: Wednesday 16 May 2018, 14.30 – 18.30

Lilian Tsourdi, member of the Odysseus Coordination Team, will participate to Panel 1: ‘From allocation to implementation: Assessing the objectives and implementation of migration and asylum expenditure within the Union’.

The panel will be co-chaired by Mr Gérard Deprez, Member of the BUDG Committee and Mr Claude Moraes, Chair of the LIBE Committee.

Objective: Assess the flow of migration-related expenditure from political priority-setting to budgetary allocation and implementation. Hear various stakeholders’ experiences and identify their challenges in implementing EU-funded activities on the ground.
