Lilian Tsourdi, Odysseus Researcher, will be contributing to the Hellenic Observatory event titled ‘Greece Facing the Immigration and Refugee Crisis’

Lilian Tsourdi, Odysseus Researcher and Lecturer in International Human Rights and Refugee Law at the University of Oxford, will be contributing to the Hellenic Observatory event titled ‘Greece Facing the Immigration and Refugee Crisis’ on Wednesday the 20th of February 2019 from 16.30-18.00. The event will be discussing how Greece has been able to manage the unprecedented influx of refugees and migrants over recent years, what it is able to do now, as well as reflecting on Europe’s response.

Antigone Lyberaki, General Manager, SolidarityNow and Professor of Economics at Panteion University

Lefteris Papagiannakis is Vice – Mayor for Migrants, Refugees and Municipal Decentralization in Athens, Greece

Lilian Tsourdi is Departmental Lecturer in International Human Rights and Refugee Law, University of Oxford

Professor Kevin Featherstone is Head of the Hellenic Observatory, Eleftherios Venizelos Professor of Contemporary Greek Studies and Professor of European Politics at the LSE
