The Centre for Migration Law (Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands) and Tesseltje de Lange is organizing on Friday 15 November a one-day seminar on the EU researchers, students, trainees, exchange students & au pairs Directive 2016/801, discussing the central themes, problem issues and implementation in selected Member States. Representatives of the Council and the Commission will present insights on the negotiations and implementation, immigration lawyers from Fragomen will discuss implementation issues across the EU and there will be presentations from national experts on Germany, Poland, Romania and the Netherlands.
