  • 13.30 – 14.00 What are the effects of the EU’s external migration policy in Africa? A panel debate with Sergio Carrera (CEPS), Maite Vermeulen and Giacomo Zandonini
  • 14.00 – 14.20 Thomas Spijkerboer (Lund University and Odysseus member’s for the Netherlands) on allocation of the funding and the impact of violating the rules. A blog post has already been published on this subject by Thomas Spijkerboer on eu migration law blog.
  • 14.20 – 14.30 Closing remarks MEP Tineke Strik on the role of the European Parliament in the EU’s external migration policy
