The application of different legal devices by the Italian Prosecutors in the fight against Trafficking in Human Beings and Smuggling of Migrants

Brief description:

The research will be aimed to an analysis of the offence of facilitation of illegal entry as codified in the Italian legal framework and on the jurisprudence of the Court of Cassation, in order to get a better understanding of the interpretation of the law adopted by the Court and the overlaps with other legal tools.
