The Article explores the potential role of new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), in group-based refugee recognition procedures. It argues that, if carefully designed and properly regulated, Dynamic Autonomy Group Recognition may operate within a structured and legally consistent framework. This approach may be particularly effective in situations involving large-scale displacement.
