Latest issues of the Newsletters NEMIS, NEAIS, NEFIS and CJEU Overview by our member Carolus Grütters

Our Odysseus member Carolus Grütters (Radboud University, Centre for Migration Law, the Netherlands) has recently published the latest issues of the newsletters NEMIS, NEAIS, NEFIS, as well as a new overview of case law from the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).

These newsletters provide comprehensive and up-to-date analyses of key developments in European migration and asylum law. They cover legislative changes, policy debates, and recent jurisprudence at both EU and national levels, offering valuable insights for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers working in the field.

The CJEU overview, in particular, highlights recent judgments shaping the interpretation and application of EU migration and asylum law, contributing to a better understanding of the evolving legal landscape of the Common European Asylum System.

Through these publications, Dr Grütters continues to contribute to the dissemination of high-quality, accessible and policy-relevant legal analysis within the European migration law community.
