Professor Daniel Thym, Odysseus’ Member for Germany have written the first edition of the 700-page volume on “EUROPEAN MIGRATION LAW”.
The idea of the book is to prevent readers to get lost in the ‘jungle’ of European migration law. More than three dozen directives and regulations, numerous court judgments, international treaties, reform proposals, and factual developments contribute to an ever-increasing complexity.
The print edition has been published in the EU LAW LIBRARY SERIES with OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS. It costs 140 GBP (roughly 163 EUR) on the publishers’ website here.
