The Odysseus Network is part of the consortium conducting the study “Gaps and Needs of EU Law in the Area of Return”, commissioned by the Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs. The study has been instrumental in informing the Commission’s proposal for a new regulation establishing a common return system in the EU.
Prof. Philippe De Bruycker, founder of the Odysseus Network and Jean Monnet Chair for Immigration and Asylum Law and Policy at Université libre de Bruxelles, is part of the supervisory board.
