Prof. Madalina Moraru, member of the Odysseus Network and Associate Professor of EU Law at the University of Bologna, is a member of the consortium drafting the study “Gaps and Needs of EU Law in the Area of Return”.
The study, commissioned by DG HOME, has been instrumental in informing the Commission’s proposal for a regulation establishing a common return system across the EU, tabled on March 11, 2025.
