“Feasibility Study on the setting up of a robust and independent human rights monitoring mechanism ad the external borders of the European Union” – coauthored by Elspeth Guild

On behalf of Pro Asyl and a number of parties in the European Parliament, Elspeth Guild, Jean Monnet Professor ad personam at Queen Mary University and Odysseus member, published in collaboration with several authors the Feasibility Study on the setting up of a robust and independent human rights monitoring mechanism ad the external borders of the European Union. The report examines how to achieve effective and human rights compliant monitoring of Frontex activities.
