News by our member Iris Goldner Lang: Renewal of UNESCO Chair!

Our Odysseus Member Iris Goldner Lang, the holder of the UNESCO Chair on Free Movement of People, Migration and Inter-Cultural Dialogue, has had their Chair renewed for the next four years, until 2030!

The UNESCO Chair on Free Movement of People, Migration and Inter-Cultural Dialogue was established at the University of Zagreb – Faculty of Law in 2014. The purpose of the Chair is to promote an integrated system of research, training and information in the area of migration, asylum and free movement law and policy in the European Union. It promotes in-depth understanding of the topics covered by the Chair and the creation of new knowledge by regular teaching of EU migration and asylum law and of EU free movement law within the framework of two former Jean Monnet modules previously granted to the Chairholder.

We congratulate them on this extraordinary achievement!
