L. E. Tsourdi, Assistant Professor of European Union Law and Dutch Research Council grantee at the Law Faculty of Maastricht University and Odysseus Network member, has recently published the following contributions:

Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic, where she comments on the infringement procedure against Poland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, concerning the non-implementation of the emergency relocation schemes;
- Asylum in the EU: One of the Many Faces of Rule of Law backsliding?, where she explores the links between refugee protection backsliding in the EU and the rule of law;
- European Union Agency on Asylum: An Agency “Reborn”?, where she analyses key elements of the mandate of the new European Union Agency on Asylum.
